Photos and location

Job photos may be used for quotations, condition records, quality checks and fair complaint handling. They are not marketing content by default. We will ask separately before using identifiable customer property photos for marketing. Map coordinates are used to help the assigned team navigate to the service location.

Who may receive it

Only people and providers who reasonably need information to run the service may receive it, such as assigned staff or contractors, hosting and communication providers, payment providers where used, and professional advisers. They receive only what is needed for the relevant purpose.

Retention and security
